** Maple Teriyaki Salmon
Whole side of salmon marinated in maple syrup, soy sauce, onion and garlic. Flash broiled until golden brown.
** Paella Valenciana
Tender rice slow cooked with Saffron, shrimp, mussels, clams, chicken, pork, beef, peppers, assorted beans and spices.
** Red Snapper with Cherry Tomatoes and Calamata Olives
Pan seared red snapper epper flakes, garlic and soy sauce and sesame oil then grilled to perfection.
** Salt Baked Red Snapper
Whole side of snapper baked in a salt crust then topped with a Mojo de Ajo sauce consisting of garlic, orange and lemon juice, minced shallots, jalapenos and parsley.

Salmon filets marinated in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic and soy sauce and sesame oil then grilled to perfection.
** Tandori Tilapia
