TYT staff will be on hand to demonstrate how to prepare the following items.
This will be an interactive demonstration using your staff as helpers.
After the demonstration, staff will be able to enjoy all drinks and food.

From The Bar
Sake Demonstration
Our professional Bartender will give a brief description of
the sake, where it originated and how it's made.

*TYT will provide all necessary Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic
beverages for the Sake demonstration.

Sushi Rolling
Interactive Sushi and Nigiri


Rolls
California roll, spicy tuna roll, hearts of palm and avocado roll.

Shrimp Nigiri

Chicken with Cashews
Tender breast of chicken deep fried and tossed with
sliced carrots, celery, cashews and hosins sauce.

Vegetable Fried Rice
White rice sautéed with peas, carrots, onions and soy sauce.

Peanut Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce topped with mandarins, slivered almonds and
sautéed bok choy. Served with ginger miso salad dressing.

$28.00 per person Per person price is for food and equipment necessary for demonstration. Staff is additional. $30.00 per hour per expert (4 hour minimum)

Sangria Demonstration
Our professional Bartender will give a brief description of the
sangria, where it originated and how to make it.

• Traditional sangria
• White Sangria

He will also give a brief explanation on Spanish wines.

*TYT will provide all necessary Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic
beverages for the Sangria demonstration.

Tapas
Tortilla Española
A perfect blend of potatoes, onions and eggs baked with spices.

Mejillones Marinera
Fresh Mussels sautéed in white whine and garlic then topped with homemade marinara sauce.

Aceitunas Mixtas
A mix of marinated olives.

Paella Valenciana

Tender rice slow cooked with Saffron, shrimp, mussels, clams, chicken, Pork, peppers, assorted beans and spices.

Ensalada de Queso de Cabra y Tomate
Fresh goat cheese and vine ripe tomatoes served sliced and drizzled with a balsamic dressing.
