Tender rice slow cooked with Saffron, shrimp, mussels, clams,
chicken, pork, beef, peppers, assorted beans and spices.

Chilean Sea Bass
Sautéed fresh Chilean sea bass marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, black bean sauce, red chili paste,
ginger and minced garlic. Served on a bed of cellophane noodles.

Cold Grilled Salmon Platter
Fresh salmon rubbed with garlic, olive oil and parsley, then
grilled to perfection. Served at room temperature.

Blackened Tuna
Fresh tuna blackened with spicy herbs. Served with a
side of drawn butter.

Seafood Enchiladas
A perfect blend of sautéed shrimp, scallops and squid tossed
in a light beshmill sauce, stuffed into a flour
crepe and baked to a golden brown.

Crab Cakes
Jumbo lump crabmeat mixed with capers, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, garlic and spices, then sautéed to a golden brown. Served atop a bed of wilted baby spinach.

Caper Butter Tilapia
Flour dusted tilapia, pan fried and served with
tomato caper butter sauce.

Whole side of salmon broiled with
Asian chili sauce and honey.

Shrimp sautéed in garlic butter then tossed in our own spicy Creole sauce with roux chopped carrots, celery, onions.

Caribbean Salmon
Salmon filets marinated in orange juice and garlic. Rubbed with special spices and baked to perfection.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Tilapia filets marinated in lemon juice and coated in parmesan cheese, dried basil and butter. Broiled to a golden brown.

Oriental Shrimp
Shrimp sautéed in olive oil and garlic then tossed with sweet chili sauce, noodles, peppers and green onions.
